- Open the above image (or one of your choice) in PSP.
- Duplicate your image ( Shift + D ), then close the original this preserving it in original state.
- Select your Dropper Tool from left menu ( E ) - Left click on a light area to select a colour for your foreground colour and Right Click on a dark area to select your background colour.
For this exercise I used Foreground colour HTML code #dcf1fb and for the background #5c879a.
- On top menubar click on Image>Add Border>2; symmetric Checked; right click on the colour swatch and select a colour not in your image>OK.
- On left menubar click on Magic Wand>Mode Replace; Match Mode RGB Value; Tolerence 0; Use all layers Unchecked; Feather 0; Antialias Checked; Inside> and Click inside the border you just made.
- Go to Materials Pallette and left click on Foreground colour swatch>select gradient>Angle 45; Repeats 0; Invert Unchecked; Style Linear; centre point horizontal and vertical 50>Click on colour swatch and select Metal Steel gradient>OK>OK.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Left click inside the new border to Floodfill the border you made with metal steel gradient.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #12; Width and Depth 2; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )
- On top menubar click on Image>Add Border>5; symmetric Checked; right click on the colour swatch and select the dark colour you selected before It will be in bottom lefthand corner of the popup>OK.
- Image Add Border>Change size to 2; rest of settings same>select light colour>OK
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Left click inside the new border to Floodfill the border you made with metal steel gradient.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #12; Width and Depth 2; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )
- Image Add Border>Change size to 10; rest of settings same>select light colour>OK
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Go to Materials Pallette and left click on Background colour swatch>select radial>Angle 90; Repeats 11; Invert Unchecked; centre point horizontal and vertical 50>Left Click on the gradient swatch and select foreground/background>OK.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Right click inside the border you made to Floodfill the border you made with radial gradient.
- Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes>Softness 5;Length 12; Density 43; Brush - Bristles 157; Width 4; Opacity 73; Lighting 102; Right click on the colour swatch and select the Colour Light you chose at beginning>OK.
- Selections>Select None ( D )
- Image>Add Borders size 2; and select a colour not in your image>OK.
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Left click inside the new border to Floodfill the border you made with metal steel gradient.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #12; Width and Depth 2; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )
- Image>Add Borders size 2; and select a colour not in your image>OK.
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Left click inside the new border to Floodfill the border you made with metal steel gradient.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #12; Width and Depth 2; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )

- Image Add Border>Change size to 10; rest of settings same>select dark colour>OK
- Image Add Border>Change size to 10; rest of settings same>select light colour>OK
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Select Flood Fill Tool ( F ) and Left click inside the new border to Floodfill the border you made with metal steel gradient.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #12; Width and Depth 2; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )
- Image Add Border>Change size to 10; rest of settings same>select dark colour>OK
- Magic Wand>settings as before>Click inside new border.
- Effects>Inner Bevel>Bevel #2; Width 5 and Depth 4; Smoothness, Ambience and Shininess 0; Angle 315;Intensity 50; Elevation 30>OK
- Selections>Select None ( D )

- Layers>New Raster Layer.
- On Left menu select your Picture Tube Tool ( I )
- Then on the Tool Pallette Settings scroll to the cornerwoven1 Tube to activate it.
- Leave settings all default and make sure size is 100% in this instance.
- On your image Left click in top right quarter of your image to place the tube there.
- Select you Move Tool from left menu ( M ) and move the corner tube to the top right of image as image below.

- Layers>Duplicate
- Image>Mirror ( Ctrl + M )
- Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
- Layers>Duplicate
- Image>Flip ( Ctrl + I )
- Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
- Layers>New Raster Layer.
- Add your watermark.
- Layers>Merge>Merge All.
